Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND

If a course is cancelled ouside of 2 weeks before the start of the course, a full refund will be given minus £50 for course materials if they have already been sent. An alternative course date can be arranged. If between 2 weeks and 1 week a 50% refund will be offered minus £50 for course material. If less than one week no refund will be offered although where possilbe an alternative training date will be provided.

Any refunds will be provided within 7 working days once agreed.
